Mexicoscorts Advertiser Agreement

Advertiser Agreement

Last revised: October 2026.

This agreement sets out the rules for anyone who posts, edits or keeps a listing on mexicoscorts.com. It sits alongside our terms of use, which cover every visitor, and it is written with touring advertisers in mind as much as local ones: whether your listing shows one city or several, from Monterrey to Cancún, the same rules apply.

1. Accepting these rules, and later changes

1.1 Creating, submitting or updating a listing means you accept this document as a whole. It is all or nothing: if any clause does not work for you, do not post, and ask us to take down anything you already have online.

1.2 We may revise this agreement when the site or the rules around it change. The version on this page, with its revision date, is the one in force. Keeping a listing live after a revision counts as accepting it.

2. Who can advertise

2.1 Listings are open only to people aged 18 or over who advertise of their own free will, with nobody pressuring them, holding a debt over them or controlling what they do.

2.2 A listing must be about the person who posts it. If someone else runs the profile for you, they need your clear permission, and you can ask us to remove the listing at any time.

2.3 Everything in the listing (the cities you work in, your stated age, your description, photos and contact method) has to be true and current. If you are moving on to another city, update the listing before you travel so it stops showing a place where you are no longer available.

2.4 mexicoscorts.com does not check anyone’s identity, age or papers. Only the advertiser answers for the truth of what the listing says.

3. What we do not accept

The following content is refused, and removed as soon as we spot it:

  • anything that shows, describes or hints at a minor, including through clothing, poses or wording;
  • ads for someone acting under threat, coercion or deception, or to pay off a debt to another person;
  • someone else’s photos, videos, name or phone number used without their agreement, or images lifted from other websites;
  • intimate images of any person who did not agree to them being taken or shared;
  • misleading claims about looks, age, location, conditions or who is really behind the ad;
  • deposit requests from someone who never plans to turn up, or any attempt to extort visitors;
  • content that stirs up violence, hatred or discrimination, or links that lead to scams or malicious software.

4. Moderation, editing and removal

4.1 We may look at any listing before or after it goes live, but we have no duty to look at all of them. A listing being online does not mean we approved it or stand behind what it says.

4.2 Without warning, we may edit out banned details, hide photos, change the city a listing appears under or delete it altogether when we believe it breaks these rules or puts someone at risk.

4.3 Reports sent through our complaints page are acted on, and a listing may stay hidden while a report is looked into.

4.4 Repeatedly posting banned content can cost you the ability to post at all. Cases that point to trafficking or exploitation are passed on to the authorities.

5. Rights in your photos and text

5.1 By posting, you confirm that you own the photos, videos and text you upload, or have permission from whoever does, and that every person shown agreed both to being photographed or filmed and to appearing on mexicoscorts.com.

5.2 Your material stays yours. You give the site a free, non-exclusive permission to store it, display it, resize or reformat it and show it on the city pages you choose, for as long as the listing is live and for the technical time it takes to clear it from backups.

5.3 Anyone who believes their work was used without permission can follow the process on our copyright notice page.

6. Your responsibility

6.1 You answer for everything you post and for whatever you arrange with visitors away from the site, such as where you meet, travel between cities, rates and how you are paid.

6.2 If a claim, loss or reasonable cost, legal advice included, reaches mexicoscorts.com or the people who run it because of your listing, a breach of this agreement or a violation of someone else’s rights, you agree to cover it and to keep the site out of it.

7. How far the site’s liability goes

7.1 The site is a directory of ads. It is not an agency, does not employ or represent anyone, does not book meetings and does not handle money. It is not answerable for how visitors or other advertisers behave.

7.2 The service is provided as it stands and when it is available. Outages, bugs or data loss can happen, and we make no promise of a particular number of views, messages or a fixed spot in any city listing.

7.3 As far as the rules that apply allow, mexicoscorts.com is not liable for indirect damage, lost income or other losses caused by using the site or being unable to use it.

8. General points

8.1 This agreement, our terms of use and our privacy notice together make up the whole arrangement between you and the site as far as listings are concerned.

8.2 If one clause turns out to be invalid, the rest still stand. Letting a breach pass once does not mean we give up the rule.

8.3 You may not hand your listing over to someone else without our say-so. Nothing here makes you an employee, partner or agent of the site, or the other way round.

8.4 Questions about this agreement or requests to take your listing down go through the form on our contact page.
