Law Enforcement Requests

Last revised: October 2026.

mexicoscorts.com does not hand over information about its users without their consent unless a court order or a formal request from a competent authority requires it. This page is for police, prosecutors and other officials, in Mexico or abroad, who need to make such a request.

1. Requests from authorities

1.1 We work with the authorities to investigate crime and protect people, above all where there are signs of trafficking, exploitation or the involvement of minors.

1.2 Requests must be made in writing, signed by an official with the power to issue them and backed by a legal basis. We release only what is asked for and actually held, and private communications only under a court order. Requests from foreign agencies should come through the channels that allow them to act in Mexico.

2. Emergencies

Where someone’s life or physical safety is at immediate risk, write “EMERGENCY” in the subject line, describe the danger and explain how the information would help. These requests go ahead of all others.

3. Preserving records

While formal process is being prepared, an authority can ask us to hold on to specific records. To help us find them, give as many identifiers as you can: the listing link, the display name, the cities it appears in, any phone number or email shown, and approximate dates.

4. Private parties

Lawyers, companies and individuals receive user data from us only with a court order. We may ask for further documents to confirm that a request is genuine and that the information sought is relevant to the case.

5. What to include

  • the issuing authority and the name and rank or title of the responsible official;
  • the case, file or reference number;
  • the legal basis and, where needed, the court order;
  • the listing links or account identifiers;
  • exactly what information is sought and for what period;
  • an official channel for our reply.

6. What we keep

We store only what the site needs in order to run, as explained in our privacy notice. Removed listings and their copies may be erased for good, so we cannot promise that a given record still exists. When we receive a preservation request, we will make reasonable efforts to keep what it describes.

7. Telling the user

Before answering a civil or administrative request, we may let the affected user know so they can defend their interests, unless the law forbids it, the authority asks us not to, or the matter is urgent. As a rule, we do not notify users of criminal investigations.

8. Sharing information in other situations

We may also share information without a prior request when it is reasonable to:

  • meet a legal obligation;
  • protect a person at risk, especially a minor;
  • look into fraud, extortion or impersonation;
  • take action against anyone who breaks our terms or our advertiser agreement;
  • keep the site secure and working properly.

None of this creates a duty to keep or release data where no such duty exists already.

9. Sending a request

Please use the form on this page, with “Law enforcement request” in the subject line, or “EMERGENCY” where that applies, and attach the full official document.
