Report Complaints
Last revised: October 2026.
mexicoscorts.com is a directory of ads from adults, sorted by city. If you come across a listing that breaks our terms of use or our advertiser agreement, or that may be illegal, tell us here. If someone is in danger right now, call 911 before anything else.
1. How a complaint is handled
1.1 Anyone can file a complaint, whether or not they are connected to the listing. Each report gets a fair look, and those mentioning minors, trafficking or intimate images shared without consent move to the front of the queue.
1.2 While we look into a complaint, the listing may be hidden and the account behind it partly restricted. If we need more from you, we will use the contact detail you leave; we may also let you know the outcome, although we are not bound to.
2. What we can do about it
When a breach is confirmed, the response depends on the case. It may include:
- hiding the listing for a while or deleting it for good;
- removing particular photos, wording or details;
- pulling the listing from cities where it should not appear;
- suspending or ending the advertiser’s ability to post;
- passing the facts on to the authorities;
- keeping the related records, as explained on our law enforcement page.
We do not investigate what happens away from the site, such as a dispute during a meeting in another city. For that, go to the local authorities wherever you are.
3. Consent of everyone pictured
3.1 Every person in a photo or video on the site, whether their face is visible or not, must have agreed to being recorded and to being shown on mexicoscorts.com. We can ask an advertiser to prove that consent at any point.
3.2 Intimate images shared without consent are taken down first, and we try to remove any identical copies we find elsewhere on the site. That kind of complaint has to come from the person shown or someone acting for them; any other breach can be reported by anybody.
4. Not for copyright claims
If your own photo or text was used without permission, please send a DMCA notice instead. That process asks for different information.
5. What we need from you
Paste the direct link to each listing you are reporting, one per line. Links to the home page, a city page or search results do not help, because they do not point to a single listing. Describe the problem in a few lines and mention any screenshots or details that support it.
6. The form
The form below asks for:
- links to the listings concerned (required, one per line);
- does the content involve minors or possible victims of trafficking? (yes / no);
- does the content include intimate images shared without consent? (yes / no);
- a description of the problem (required);
- your name or a nickname and a way to reach you (optional);
- signature: a tick box confirming that what you have provided is true and complete (required).
