Advertisers create their own profiles, upload their own photos and set their own terms; visitors read those profiles and decide for themselves whether to get in touch.

2. What the site is not

It does not book meetings, take payments from visitors, charge per meeting or join conversations between the parties. It also does not check the identity, age, documents or photos of the people who post, which means it cannot answer for the accuracy of any given ad. 3. Who is who

An advertiser is an adult who publishes their own profile and decides what it says, when they are available, what they charge and how they can be reached.   • false information about the city served, appearance, age or conditions;
  • requests for deposits from someone who never intends to show up, or any other fraud or extortion;
  • content that promotes violence, hatred or discrimination.

6. Who is responsible for what

Advertisers are responsible for their listings and for whatever they agree to. Visitors are responsible for their own choices, the information they share and any meeting they decide to attend. Everything that happens away from the site, including hotel visits, travel between cities and any money that changes hands, is a matter between the people involved. mexicoscorts.com accepts no liability for loss, harm or disputes that arise from those arrangements.

7. Fair use of the site

Do not copy the directory in bulk, run scrapers or other automated tools against it, try to reach restricted areas, or use it to send spam or to harass anyone, advertiser or visitor alike.

8. Removal and blocking

We may edit, hide or delete any listing that breaks these terms and block anyone who keeps posting banned content, without prior notice. We also act on reports from visitors and from people who find their photos or details published without consent. Removing one ad does not mean every other ad has been reviewed in advance.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when the site changes or the rules that apply to it change. The current version is always the one on this page, with the revision date at the bottom. If you keep using the directory after an update, you accept the new version.
